Studierende 1-60


-      die Student*innen sollten die Definitionen und Basiselemente der palliativmedizinischen Versorgung unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Belange von Kindern und Jugendlichen kennen

-      Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten in der Palliativmedizin und hospizlichen Begleitung von Kindern und von Erwachsenen werden benannt

-      die Studierenden kennen die häufigsten Erkrankungsbilder und die damit assoziierten Symptomkomplexe in der pädiatrischen Palliativversorgung

-      Grundlagen wie das Biopsychosoziospirituelle Modell, die familienorientierte Anamnese und multiprofessionelle Therapieansätze können erklärt werden


-      Entwicklung der Palliativ- und Hospizversorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen

-      Gesetzgebung zur Palliativversorgung ab 2007

-      Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede in den palliativen Versorgungsstrukturen für Erwachsene und Kinder

-      Versorgte Krankheitsentitäten sowie Symptomschwerpunkte in der pädiatrischen Palliativmedizin

-      Möglichkeiten der palliativen Symptomerfassung, auch bei nicht-kommunikativen Säuglingen und stark beeinträchtigten Kindern

-      Medikamentöse und nicht-medikamentöse Therapieansätze im häuslichen Setting bis hin zur ambulanten Intensivtherapie mit Heimbeatmung

-      Indikationen zu Kinderhospizaufenthalten, Gründe für den Wechsel von ambulanter zu stationärer Palliativversorgung

-      das Biopsychosoziospirituelle Modell der Palliativmedizin anhand eines Fallbeispieles

-      der multiprofessionelle, interdisziplinäre und familienorientierte Netzwerkgedanke, weitere Versorger sowie komplementäre Therapieansätze

-      medizinisch-ethische Gesprächsführung und Entscheidungsfindung unter Palliation

-      Besonderheiten der Kindertrauer, Trauerangebote in der SAPV und im Hospiz

-      Teaminterne Resilienzfaktoren, Rituale und (Selbst-)achtsamkeit als Voraussetzung zur langjährigen Palliativarbeit
