Prinzipien und Indikationen der operativen Therapie der arteriellen Verschlußkrankheit erklären und benennen (TEA, Patch, Bypass) (Sem 7-10: 2) [VII.3-04.3.1]

Prinzipien und Indikationen der offenen Embolektomie bei Gefäßverschluss erklären. (Sem7-10: 2) [VII.3-04.3.9]

  • Anamnese und körperliche Untersuchung bei Patienten mit peripheren Durchblutungsstörungen
  • Einteilung der peripheren arteriellen Durchblutungsstörung
  • Durchführung der Doppler Verschlussdruckmessung
  • Kennenlernen verschiedener Revaskularisationstechniken (z. B. Ballon-Katheter Angioplastie, Leisten-TEA, Bypassverfahren)
  • stadiengerechte Therapie chronischer Wunden (Kennenlernen von Wundauflagen)
