Der AVK behandelt die §§ 241 - 432 BGB, die zum Großteil allgemeine Regeln enthalten, die sozusagen vor die Klammer gezogen für alle Schuldverhältnisse, lnamentlich die in den §§ 433 ff. geregelten (= vertragliche + außervertragliche) gelten sollen. Durch die Gesetzgebung sind insbesondere unter Europäischem Einfluß vor allem noch große Partien des Verbraucherschutzes in den Gesetzestext eingefügt worden. Der Schwerpunkt des Kurses wird, ohne Verbraucherschutzrecht zu vernachlässigen, auf den sog. allgemeinen Regeln liegen. Deren Wichtigkeit für Prüfung und Praxis wird wegen ihrer Abstraktheit und Unanschaulichkeit von Studierenden nicht selten etwas unterschätzt. Deshalb ist das Lernziel auch Unterstützung in der Examensvorbereitung. Begleitend zum Kurs wird für die Hörer ein Skript zum Download zur Verfügung gestellt.
