Die Vorlesung knüpft an die Veranstaltung Strafrecht AT 1 aus dem Sommersemester an. Aus dem Bereich StGB-AT werden das Versuchs-, das Fahrlässigkeits- und das Unterlassungsdelikt, die Konkurrenzen sowie Täterschaft und Teilnahme vertieft. Aus dem StGB-BT werden die Straftaten gegen das Leben, gegen das ungeborene Leben, gegen die körperliche Unversehrtheit sowie gegen die persönliche Freiheit behandelt.
