In diesem Seminar wird vor dem Hintergrund der zunehmend auch in Schule berücksichtigten Heterogenität der adressierten Kinder und Jugendlichen die individuelle Förderung eben dieser in den Blick genommen.
Dazu werden wir uns zunächst den Grundzügen der Diagnostik auf der Basis von Beobachtungen - in Abgrenzung zu formellen diagnostischen Verfahren - zuwenden, welche zur Feststellung der individuellen Lernvoraussetzungen zwingend vor jeglichen Unterrichtsinterventionen notwendig sind.
Im Anschluss daran werden wir Teile der "Werkstatt Individualisierung" bzw. "Kognitiven Landkarte" nach Annemarie von der Groeben als ein Instrument zur individuellen Förderung in heterogenen Settings intensiver kennenlernen und selber anwenden.
