In der Vorlesung werden die Grundlagen des Strafprozessrechts vermittelt. Das Ziel der Veranstaltung besteht darin, den Studierenden einen konzentrierten Einblick in das Recht und die Praxis des Strafverfahrens zu geben.
Es wird eine Semesterabschlussklausur angeboten. Die genaueren Termine werden durch das Prüfungsamt bekannt gegeben.
