Im Spannungsfeld konkurrierender gesellschaftlicher Bildungsnormen steht der Lese- und Literaturunterricht auf der Primarstufe heute vor der Herausforderung, die Entwicklung der Lesefähigkeit im Sinne kognitiv-pragmatischer Ansätze von ‚reading literacy’ als Basisqualifikation für Teilhabe am öffentlichen Leben in allen seinen Facetten zu unterstützen, dabei aber auch die Vielfalt schriftkultureller Praxis im pragmatischen wie auch im literarischen Feld zu berücksichtigen und entsprechende Kompetenzen anzubahnen. Im Seminar werden unterschiedliche Dimensionen der Lesesozialisation/literarischen Sozialisation diskutiert und didaktische Überlegungen zum Lese- und Literaturunterricht in der Grundschule abgeleitet.
Im Rahmen des Programms „Poesie und Poetik“ sind während der Seminarzeit auch Begegnungen mit Schriftstellern spezifischer Kinderliteratur geplant.Die Veranstaltung beginnt in der zweiten Semesterwoche (14.04.); die erste Sitzung wird nachgeholt.
