Teamfähigkeiten und Führungskompetenz gelten als elementare Voraussetzungen für Arbeitserfolg in Organisationen. Das Beherrschen von Kommunikationstechniken, Führungstechniken und Techniken zur Teambildung sind Ziel des Seminars. Weiter wird veranschaulicht, wie die einzelnen Techniken in Organisationsentwicklung und Führungstraining Anwendung finden.
