This seminar begins with an overview of International Comparative Education Research (ICE), covering its historical development, key actors, and various methodologies. Students will explore the relevance and implications of ICE, addressing its criticisms and challenges. In group settings, students will conduct a comparative study on selected national education systems. The course emphasizes practical teaching application, encouraging students to adapt their comparative findings and learnings to their own social and cultural contexts.
