Die Absolventin und der Absolvent beschreiben die Zusammensetzung des Blutes und erklären seine Funktionen.

Sie erklären die Bestandteile des Blutes und ihre Synthese im Knochenmark. Erklären die Anfertigung von Blut- und Knochenmarksausstrichen und kennen die Morphologie der hämatopoetischen Vorstufen.


Morphologie der Blutzellen im Mikroskop

Morphologie der Hämatopoese im Knochenmarksaspirat und dem histologischen Trepanat:

  • Knochen
  • Altersabhängiger Fettzellgehalt (Faustregel: 100 - Lebensalter - 10)
  • Retikulinsfasergerüst und Zellen des Stromas
  • Morphologie der Megakaryozyten
  • Morphologie der Erythropoese
  • Morphologie der Granulopoese

Transfer zu klinischen Fragestellungen:

  • Gemeinsame Betrachtung von Knochenmarkshistologie, -zytologie und Immunphänotyisierung
  • Korrelation von Knochenmark und peripherem Blut und Ableitung von pathologischen Mustern
  • Zytopenien
  • Myeloproliferative Zystände
  • Ineffektive Hämatopoese
