Studierende können nach dem Vorlesungsbesuch Testgütekriterien benennen und kennen deren Bezug zum Niedrigprävalenzsetting.



Die Vorlesung vermittelt Definitionen und Berechnungsgrundlagen von Sensitivität, Spezifität, positivem und negativem Vorhersagewert und abgeleiteten Maßen sowie deren graphischen Darstellungen in z.B. ROC-Kurven. Die Bedeutung von Erkrankungswahrscheinlichkeiten für die Aussagekraft von diagnostischen Tests wird diskutiert.
