Die Studierenden kennen den Aufbau von Proteinen wie Kollagen aus Aminosäuren von der Primärstruktur über Faltung zu Sekundärstruktur und Tertiärstruktur. Sie können einfache Monosaccharide zu Oligo- und Polysacchariden verknüpfen, zum Beispiel als Bestandteile von Glykoproteinen.


Am Beispiel des Kollagen:

  • Aminosäuren,
  • Primärstruktur,
  • Faltung,
  • Sekundärstruktur,
  • Tertiärstruktur,
  • Mono-, Oligo-, und Polysaccharide,
  • Glykoproteine.
