Studierende 1-60


Unfallchirurgie

  1. Die Studierenden kennen die Versorgungsstruktur und Netzwerkorganisation in der Verletzten- und Schwerstverletztenversorgung in Deutschland und können diese Strukturen wie Ihre Bedeutungen (Traumanetzwerk - Rettungskette - Rehabilitation) benennen.
  2. Die Studierenden wissen nach der Vorlesung, dass es alterstypische Frakturformen und alterstypische Frakturlokalisationen gibt ( Grünholzfraktur des Kindes / Schenkelhalsfraktur des alten Menschen / Polytrauma bei jüngeren Patienten als Haupttodesursache der unter 40jährigen etc.) und können diese benennen.
  3. Nach der Vorlesung ist das Prinzipien der AO Klassifikation bekannt. Die Studierenden kennen die 4 Grundprinzipien der Frakturbehandlung (Reposition - Fixation - Erhalt der Blutversorgung - Mobilisation / Rehabilitation).
  4. Die Studierenden kennen die verschiedenen Formen der Weichteilverletzungen in Zusammenhang mit Frakturen (offen / geschlossen). Den Studierenden sind die Klassifikationen nach Oestern und nach Anderson / Gustilo bekannt und können die Grade definieren.

Orthopädie

  1. Die Studierenden können wesentliche Krankheitsbilder der Orthopädie benennen
  2. Die Studierenden kennen Diagnostik und Therapie der wesentlichen Krankeheitsbilder der Orthopädie


Einführung in die Unfallchirurgie

  • Geschichte der Unfallchirurgie - Traumversorgung in Deutschland
  • Epidemiologie / Demographie der Frakturen
  • AO Prinzipien der Frakturbehandlung konservativ / operativ
  • Weichteilverletzungen

ORTH: Einführung in die Orthopädie

  • Geschichte der Orthopädie
  • wesentliche Krankheitsbilder der Orthopädie in Diagnostik und Therapie
