Die Studierenden lernen am Beispiel Wasser wichtige Grundlagen der Chemie zu Atombau und chemischer Bindung. Sie können verschiedene Wechselwirkungen von Molekülen unterscheiden. Sie lernen die Eigenschaften von Festkörpern.
