Studierende 1-60
Nach dem Besuch der Vorlesung können die Studierenden zentrale Implikationen des Niedrigprävalenzsettings, der longitudinalen Versorgung sowie Koordination von Versorgungsleistungen sowie Auswirkungen auf die Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung nennen, die in weiteren allgemeinmedizinischen Vorlesungen zur Diagnostik und Therapie sowie zum Wissenschaftlichen Denken und Handeln im Einführungsmodul vertieft werden.
Die Vorlesung stellt die Besonderheiten des Settings anhand der Rolle von Hausärzt*innen im Gesundheitswesen dar: hier finden Kontakte mit unselektierten Patient*innen und häufig deren Familienmitgliedern statt, die i.d.R. über einen langen Zeitraum hinweg in einem generalistisch-patientenzentrierten Ansatz unter Koordination aller in diesen Prozess einbezogenen Leistungserbringer (Ärzt*innen anderer Disziplinen, Therapeut*innen etc.) versorgt werden. Die Studierenden erhalten zudem einen Überblick über Art und Organisation der Lehre im Fach Allgemein- und Familienmedizin innerhalb des Modellstudiengangs.
