Lernziele:

Die Studierenden üben und vertiefen ihre bisher erworbenen Kenntnisse der Erhebung der Krankengeschichte und der allgemeinen körperlichen Untersuchung am Beispiel eines realen Patienten mit einer (malignen) hämatologischen Erkrankung.

Die Studierenden lernen, gezielt nach Beschwerden/Symptomen mit besonderer Bedeutung in der Hämatologie/Onkologie nachzufragen.

Die Studierenden lernen,"�die erhobenen Untersuchungsbefunde gezielt durch Befunde mit besonderer Bedeutung in der Hämatologie/Onkologie zu ergänzen.

Kompetenzen:

Die Studierenden erlangen die Kompetenz, Abweichungen in der Anamnese und körperlichen Untersuchung mit möglichem Krankheitswert im Hinblick auf hämatologische (und onkologische) Erkrankungen zu erkennen und bezüglich weiterer Abklärung einzuschätzen.


Am Beispiel einer klinischen Visite werden die Spezifika der hämatologischen Anamneseerhebung und körperlichen Untersuchung gelehrt. Pathologische Untersuchungsbefunde (Lymphadenopathie, Splenomegalie) die in der Hämatologie häufig vorkommen werden besprochen.
