Das Seminar hat das Ziel für Studierende, sich über notwendige didaktische Handlungskompetenzen von Lehrkräften in heterogenen Lerngruppen ein Bild zu erschließen bzw. dieses zu erweitern.
Zunächst werden die Begriffe Heterogenität, Differenz und Didaktik bzw. didaktisches Handeln erarbeitet. Ausgehend hiervon werden die Themenbereiche der Differenzierung des Unterrichts und der Lernbegleitung durch die Lehrkraft erschlossen. Daran anschließend werden Beispiele für Lehr- und Lernarragements in heterogenen Lerngruppen der Primar- und Sekundarstufe dargestellt und reflektiert. Es wird in mit einer Vielzahl von Filmausschnitten aus Unterrichtssequenzen zu diesen Beispielen gearbeitet, die Eindruck und Anlass dazu bieten sollen, die eigenen bisherigen Unterrichtserfahrungen der Seminarteilnehmer als Schüler oder Praktikanten um eine neue Perspektive zu erweitern. Hierzu werden in den Reflexionen insbesondere Rolle und Handlungsfelder der Lehrkraft analysiert und hinterfragt. Das Seminar möchte damit zum Aufbau einer geeigneten pädagogischen Grundhaltung für den Unterricht in heterogenen Lerngruppen beitragen.
