Dieses Seminar ist der Auftakt einer Seminarreihe zur Qualifikation von E-Trainern und richtet sich an Studierende im Hauptstudium. Es sollen hier die Grundlagen geschaffen werden, eigene Online-Lernmodule für den Bereich der (Weiter-)Bildung planen, durchführen und begleiten zu können. Hierzu sollen technologische, mediendidaktische und medienkommunikative Kompetenzen entwickelt werden. Da in den beruflichen Anwendungsfeldern nur selten große Investitionen in eine E-Infrastruktur möglich sind, sollen alle Anforderungen über Opensource-Lösungen realisiert werden und sind somit jedem Studierenden auch über das Seminar frei zugänglich. Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind, sich im Rahmen von Projektaufgaben zu engagieren.
