Diese Veranstaltung iist Teil 1 des dreisemestrigen Moderationszyklus. Die Moderation ist ein Beispiel für konstruktive Methoden in der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung. In der Moderation spielt der Leiter der Gruppe eine besondere Rolle, ebenso erhalten die Teilnehmenden eine Rolle, die sie in ihren Fähigkeiten zur Selbststeuerung und Selbstorganisation herausfordert. Die Veranstaltung bietet eine einführung in die theoretischen Hintergründe, die Methoden und Techniken der Moderation, Moderationsarten und die Bedeutung der Gruppendynamik sowie die Rollen der Akteure.
Die Vorlesung schließt mit einem Leistungsnachweis ab, der zum Besuch der für das WS 08/09 geplanten Veranstaltung Moderation 2:"Grundlagen der Moderation" berechtigt
