Die Veranstaltung wird in der ersten Vorlesungswoche mit einer kurzen Einführung in das Verwaltungsprozessrecht beginnen, da diese Kenntnisse für das weitere Verständnis der zu behandelnden Themen erforderlich sind. Die Einführung beschränkt sich jedoch auf einen Überblick über die Anfechtungs-, Verpflichtungs- sowie die Leistungsklage.
Danach werden in der ersten Semesterhälfte (bis Ende November) pro Veranstaltungswoche ein Fall aus dem Kommunalrecht, in der zweiten Häfte schwerpunktmäßig jeweils ein Fall aus dem Baurecht besprochen.
Die Sachverhalte werden vorab per E-Mail verschickt.

Für diese Veranstaltung sind Kenntnisse im Verwaltungsprozessrecht wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend (siehe Inhaltsbeschreibung).
