Differenz und soziale Ungleichheiten sind zentrale Bezugspunkte Sozialer Arbeit: historisch etablierte sie sich als Beruf bürgerlicher Frauen;ihre Adressat_innen sind oftmals diejenigen, die von gesellschaftlicher
Ungleichheit betroffen sind und die es zu (re-)integrieren gilt. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist eine differenztheoretische Perspektive auf das Handlungsfeld der offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit interessant. Denn das Angebot richtet sich explizit an 'alle' Kinder und Jugendliche und nimmt somit dem Anspruch nach, keine Differenzkategorien, wie etwa Geschlecht, Ethnizität/'Rasse' und Klasse vorweg. Doch welche Rolle spielen diese Differenzen in einem solch offenen und partizipativen Setting? Wie werden sie bearbeitet? Diesen Fragen
gehen wir im Seminar nach und bearbeiten den Zusammenhang von Differenz und sozialer Ungleichheit sowie grundlegende Konzeptionen offener Kinder- und Jugendarbeit.
