Das Seminar behandelt aktuelle und zentrale Formate der Personalentwicklung und diskutiert diese unter folgenden Fragen:
- Was beinhalten diese Formate? Wo liegen Unterschiede?
- Was sind deren Anwendungsgebiete?
- Welche Wirkung kann man den Formaten aus empirischer Sicht zusprechen?
- Welche theoretische Fundierung liegt den Formaten zugrunde?
Im Seminar werden zudem einzelnen Formate praktisch angewandt, um vereinzelt das eigene methodische Wissen zu erweitern.
