Thema dieses Praxisseminars ist das Erstellen eines Dokumentarfilms der das Thema der Bildungsreise fokussiert. Zu diesem Zweck führen wir im Mai eine einwöchige Exkursion nach Nordgriechenland (Makedonien) durch, wo der Film produziert wird. Vor Ort werden kleinere Exkursionen nach Stagira (dem Geburtsort von Aristoteles), Pella und Vergina (Heimstatt Alexanders des Großen, bzw. Grabstätte von Philipp II) sowie dem religiösen Zentraum jener Zeit, Dion unternommen. Außerdem führt eine Exkursion zur antiken Stadt Philippi und der benachbarten Hafenstadt Kavala, die sich durch die Verschmelzung okzidentaler und orientaler Kulturkreise auszeichnet.
Ziel des Seminars ist eine umfassende Vermittlung von Medienkompetenz in Theorie und Praxis. Das Seminar beinhaltet eine Vor- und Nachbereitungsphase und wird im Wintersemester 2008/2009 mit der Postproduktion dem Release des Filmes forgesetzt.
Die aktive Teilnahme wird durch die aktive Teilnahme erworben. Dieses Seminar kann auch als Grundlage zu einer medienpraktischen Fallstudie genutzt werden.

Teilnahme nur nach vorheriger Absprache und verbindlicher Anmeldung. Aufgrund der zu erwartenden Kosten ist die Teilnehmerzahl auf 20 begrenzt.
