In der ersten Hälfte des Semesters wird das Deliktsrecht (Verschuldens- und Gefährdungshaftung) behandelt. Kenntnisse im Schadensrecht (§§ 249 ff. BGB) werden vorausgesetzt, da dieses Stoff des zweiten Semesters war. Danach sind die Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag (GoA) und das Bereicherungsrecht Gegenstand der Veranstaltung.
In kleinen Vorlesungsbegleitfällen wird der Lernstoff anschaulich gemacht. Größere Fälle werden im Tutorium gelöst, dessen Besuch dringend empfohlen wird, da die Abschlussklau-sur aus einem größeren Fall bestehen wird.
