Der Umgang mit heterogenen Zielgruppen im Bildungs- und Erziehungsbereich setzt eine Art Sozioanalyse-Komptetenz von Professionals immer bereits voraus, ohne dass aber eindeutig gekärt ist, was man wissen muss über heteregene Lebensbedingungen, die heterogene Zielgruppen produzieren. Das Seminar gibt besipielhaft Einblick in Fragen der Heterogenität (durch kritische Lebensereignisse, Migration, Armut, Krankheit etc. bedingt) und fragt nach der Anwendbarkeit dieser Erkenntnisse für die Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung im Bildungs- und Erziehungsbereich.
