250030 Methoden der Diagnose, Differenzierung, individueller Förderung und Leistungsbeurteilung (S) (WiSe 2014/2015)

In diesem Seminar werden die Grundlagen der pädagogischen Lern- und Leistungsdiagnostik behandelt, welche als Basiskompetenzen für das professionelle Handeln von Lehrkräften gelten.
Zunächst nähern wir uns den Dimensionen pädagogischer Lern- und Leistungserbringungen über das grundsätzliche Gesamtkonzept von Schule an. Darauf aufbauend behandeln wir diagnostische Grundlagen für Lehrkräfte.
In einem weiteren Schritt werden ausgewählte Verfahren und Methoden zur Leistungsbewertung intensiv behandelt, welche einer neuen Lernkultur Rechnung tragen sollen.
Zum Schluss werden wir uns den Möglichkeiten der Zensurengebung und den Beurteilungstendenzen widmen.

  • Lesen der vorbereiteten Texte
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Gruppenaufgaben
  • die übrigen Anforderungen werden in der ersten Sitzung bekanntgegeben
