Der Gott des Alten Testaments ist ein rachsüchtiger Gott, der an allen anderen Völkern
einen Genozid verübt! – Oder verhält es sich in Wirklichkeit ganz anders?
Begegnen wir in den Abgründen des AT unseren eigenen Abgründen? Begegnen wir
im AT einer Liebe Gottes, die nicht offensichtlich, sondern geheimnisvoll verborgen
ist?
Bildet das AT womöglich ein Gewebe, die das Leben des Einzelnen in die Geschichte
Gottes mit den Menschen »verstrickt«, so dass die Ereignisse der Vergangenheit auf
geheimnisvolle Weise auch unsere eigenen sind: «Ich war dort«? Öffnet es gar einen
interreligiösen Horizont? Diese und andere Fragen, die mich und vielleicht Sie ratlos
machen, würde ich gern in diesem Seminar diskutieren. Vielleicht geht uns dabei ihre
Relevanz für den Religionsunterricht schon fast von selbst auf!
