Sozialpädagogische Handlungsvollzüge sind im Rahmen der Erbringungskontexte wohlfahrtsstaatlicher Arrangements in Organisationen eingebettet. In dem Seminar wird nicht nur nach der Ermöglichung von Professionalität in Dienstleistungsorganisationen gefragt, sondern eine Organisationsvergessenheit ins Zentrum gerückt, wenn es darum geht, wie organisationale Bedingungen auf professionelles Handeln Einfluss nehmen. Hierbei werden theoretische Perspektiven diskutiert, die soziale personenbezogene Dienstleistungsorganisationen nicht als etwas Statisches begreifen, sondern es wird erörtert, wie Akteur:innen organisationale und professionelle Anforderungen organisieren.
