Im Seminar schauen wir uns die unterschiedlichen stationären Angebotsformen nach § 34 SGB VIII an, die als Hilfe zur Erziehung von der Jugendhilfe bereit gestellt werden. Die historischen Vorläufer der aktuellen Angebotslandschaft, die Aufarbeitung von Gewalt, Grenzverletzungen und Missständen in unterschiedlichen Zeiten sowie die fachlichen Herausforderungen dieser Hilfeform werden mit Hilfe verschiedener Quellen thematisiert.
