Im Werkstattseminar stellen MA-Studierende ihre Hausarbeiten (oder Hausarbeitsentwürfen) vor und geben Feedback zu den Arbeiten ihrer Mitstudierenden. Auf diese Weise erhalten alle Teilnehmer*innen ausführliche Rückmeldungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge zu ihren eigenen Projekten. Zugleich lernen alle, konstruktive Verbesserungsvorschläge zu den Projekten Anderer zu entwickeln und zu diskutieren.
Das Werkstattseminar ist eine Pflichtveranstaltung. Jede Hausarbeit im MA muss im Werkstattseminar vorgestellt werden.
Im Curriculum der Abteilung Philosophie sind die Werkstattseminare „Theoretische Philosophie“ und „Praktische Philosophie“ zu einer gemeinsamen Veranstaltung zusammengefasst, die von zwei Lehrenden betreut wird – je eine/einer aus der Praktischen und eine/einer aus der Theoretischen Philosophie.
Alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer des Werkstattseminars sind herzlich eingeladen, auch am „Kolloquium Praktische Philosophie“ und/oder am „Research Seminar Theoretical Philosophy“ teilzunehmen. In diesen Veranstaltungen werden auf ganz ähnliche Weise weiterführende (Forschungs-)Projekte in der Praktischen bzw. Theoretischen Philosophie diskutiert.
Sondertermin in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit
Je nach Bedarf findet in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit in Nähe zum Sommersemester 2024 ein Blocktermin statt.
