260016 Moral Puzzles [*H*] (S) (WiSe 2024/2025)

Contents, comment

We will study some of the most puzzling, thought provoking and conversation-stimulating problems and questions in ethics. These problems are self-contained, so no background is presupposed. Examples of problems and questions we will discuss include the trolley problem, the problem of moral luck, and the question of whether being rich is incompatible with being a socialist.
