Dass (digitale) Schriftlichkeit ein maßgeblicher Bestandteil gesellschaftlicher Kommunikation ist, macht Textproduktions-, Lese- und Rechtschreibkompetenz gleichermaßen zu zentralen Voraussetzungen für die Partizipation an Gemeinschaft, Bildung und Arbeitswelt. Das Seminar gibt daher einen Überblick über den aktuellen Forschungsstand zur Diagnose, Vermittlung und Förderung von Textrezeptions- sowie (Recht-)Schreibfähigkeit in der Schule, soll aber neben diesen theoretischen sowie praktisch-didaktischen Überlegungen auch die Möglichkeit für die Studierenden dazu bieten, eigene Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in den eng verwobenen Kompetenzbereichen Schreiben, Lesen und Orthographie zu festigen und auszubauen.
