In diesem Seminar wird die ‚Kindliche Dysphonie‘ einen Themenschwerpunkt einnehmen. So werden die Ätiologie, die Diagnostik, verschiedene Therapieansätze sowie die Elternarbeit besprochen und die praktische Umsetzung von therapeutischen Übungen und Ansätzen anhand von Fallbeispielen demonstriert.
Ebenso sollen die Teilnehmer*innen des Seminars einen Überblick über den aktuellen Forschungsstand von funktionellen, organischen und psychogenen Stimmstörungen und der Prävention von Stimmstörungen sowohl bei Erwachsenen und auch bei Patient*innen im Kindesalter bekommen.
Des Weiteren werden Aspekte der funktionellen, auditiven und der apparativen Stimmdiagnostik nach den Kriterien der ELS vertieft und die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen von objektiven Messverfahren in der Stimmdiagnostik (z.B. die objektive computergestützte Stimmanalysen mittels einer ‚Stimmfeldmessung‘ oder ‚Praat‘) vermittelt. Zudem sollen aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse aus folgenden Bereichen im Fokus stehen:
•Beeinträchtigung von Lebensqualität bei Patienten mit Stimmstörungen
Psychointegrative Arbeit in der Stimmtherapie.
•Laryngektomie (Untersuchung der Ersatzstimmbildung Laryngektomierter; ICF i.d. logopädischen Rehabilitation nach Laryngektomie)
•Stimmlippenlähmungen (Operative Stimmrehabilitation; Elektrostimulationstherapie)
•Therapie bei Psychogenen Stimmstörungen (sprachtherapeutische vs. psychologische Intervention)
