300590 Hybrid Team Work - Interdisciplinary conceptualizations and perspectives (TC: Sozialstruktur und soziale Ungleichheit) (S) (WiSe 2025/2026)

Contents, comment

This theory class explores diverse conceptualizations and understandings of hybrid teamwork. It encompasses scenarios where supervisors and colleagues collaborate regardless of time and location, facilitated by information and communication technologies, as well as hybrid social networks where human and artificial agents work together on a task. The seminar contrasts sociological perspectives with insights from psychology and the technical sciences, examining how these fields can inform and enrich one another. Participants will engage in critical discussions to deepen their understanding of the complexities and dynamics of hybrid teamwork.
