250268 Zentrale Konzepte der Weiterbildung (S) (SoSe 2014)

In diesem Seminar werden wir uns mit aktuellen Begriffen und Konzepten im Feld der Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung auseinandersetzen. Diese reichen vom Lebenslangen Lernen über Wissensmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Kompetenzentwicklung und Coaching bis hin zu intergenerationaler Bildung, Inklusion und Lernkultur. In jeder Sitzung wird ein Begriff im Zentrum stehen, den wir versuchen zu erklären, kritisch zu beleuchten (pro und contra) und für Forschungarbeiten zu operationalisieren. Das Lesen von kurzen, einführenden Texten zu jeder Sitzung wird erwartet.
