Der Weiterbildungsbereich ist gekennzeichnet durch seine hohe Institutionenvielfalt.
In diesem Seminar verschaffen wir uns einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Träger und Institutionen - auch im regionalen Kontext.
Anhand ausgewählter Einrichtungen der Weiterbildung, bspw. der Kommunen, Wirtschaft, Kirchen, Gewerkschaften, Verbände, private Bildungsträger, werden Trägerformen, Fragen der pädagogischen Organisation, der Anngebotsgestaltung ebenso behandelt wie die konkreten Aufgabenfelder des Personals.
Geplant sind auch Vertreter/-innen ausgewählter Einrichtungen in das Seminar einzuladen.
