In this seminar current publications in the field of functional genomics with an emphasis on bacterial genome-wide expression analysis using modern techniques will be presented and discussed. The seminar is in close connection to research topics of the group and is addressed to students of higher semesters attempting to do an advanced course (Projektmodul, Forschungsmodul, Bachelor- or Masterarbeit) at the Department of Genetics of Prokaryotes.
