Gegenwärtig wächst die Bedeutung inklusiven Handelns in allen Schulformen. In den laufenden Bildungsreformen zur Umsetzung der UN-BRK (Behindertenrechtskonvention) stehen besonders Lehrer/-innen unter hohem Innovations- und Erwartungsdruck. Ihre Professionalisierung stellt einen zentralen Gelingensfaktor zur Umsetzung der Reformen dar. Im Seminar soll daher der Frage nachgegangen werden: Wie kann sonderpädagogische Förderung im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung von Unterricht mit Blick auf Heterogenität im Kontext der inklusiven Bildungsreformen gestaltet werden? Welche Implikationen hat dies für die Professionalisierung angehender und bereits erfahrener Lehrerinnen und Lehrer?
