Topic
=====
The main topic of this reading group is heterogeneous expectations and the influence of different expectation formation processes on economic dynamics. In particular we will consider how the heterogeneity of expectations affects the results of (monetary) policy and the dynamics of financial-, housing- and commodity markets. Both analytical and computational models will be considered. The participants in the reading group will present relevant papers from the literature and we will deepen our understanding of the issues by extensive discussions.
