Nichtbeabsichtigte Folgen absichtsvollen Handelns sind ein Grundbegriff in der Soziologie. Das gilt auch für die Analyse von Technik und Gesellschaft. Das Seminar führt zunächst ein ins Konzept nichtbeabsichtigter Folgen. Dann werden Funktionen und Folgen von Technik diskutiert. Abschließend analysieren die Teilnehmer an einem selbst ausgewählten Fall Chancen und Risiken einer Technologie.
