In diesem Seminar entwickeln wir eine Haltung / Sichtweise zu SchülerInnen in auffallenden Situationen in der Schule mit dem Blickwinkel einer
- "Pädagogischen Beziehung (Prengel 2013)
- bindungstheoretischer Grundlagen (Bowlby 2010; Julius 2009) und
- humanistisch-konstruktivistischer / personzentrierter Haltung (Rogers 2012)Die daraus resultierenden Handlungsoptionen für LehrerInnen entwickeln wir aus dem Ansatz
- Neue Autorität - Stärke statt Macht (Omer 2010)
und weiteren Programmen / Konzepten wie
"Lubo aus dem All" (Hillenbrand, Hens 2010), Faustlos (Cierpka 2005), KlasseKinderspiel (Hillenbrand, Pütz 2008), NoBlameApproach (Beck e.a. 2010), Working on what works (WOWW) (Berg, Shilts 2009), Ich schaff´s (Furman 2011) , Mediatinon etc.
Diese diskutieren wir kritisch und erweitern so Ihre individuelle Reflexionskompetenz gegenüber dem großen "Markt der Handlungsoptionen bei auffallendem Verhalten".
