Die Lehrveranstaltung dient der Einführung in die soziologische Systemtheorie. Geplant ist die Vorstellung und Diskussion einer Reihe von frühen Luhmann-Publikationen, die sich auf Grundfragen der Rechtssoziologie, der Organisationssoziologie, der politischen Soziologie, der Interaktionsforschung usw. beziehen.
