Im Umgang mit Menschen - ob in Beratungs- oder Bildungssituationen - kommt es immer darauf an, dass der Therapeut oder Dozent in der Lage ist, das eigene Handeln zu reflektieren und sich distanziert damit auseinanderzusetzen. Auch in der „kollegialen Hospitation“ nimmt man ebenfalls eine „Außenperspektive“ ein.
Warum eine solche Reflexion wichtig ist, welche Fragen gestellt werden müssen und wie der Dialog zwischen den Akteuren gestaltet werden kann, soll am Beispiel „Schule und Unterricht“ erkundet werden.
