Studierende 1-60
Die Studenten und Studentinnen sollen die unterschiedlichen geburtstraumatischen Läsionen des Neugeborenen kennen (Unterscheidung Kephalhämatom, subgaleale Blutung, Caput succedaneum; Unterscheidungen Plexusparese Klumpke/Erb, mögliche Frakturen)zudem die entsprechende Diagnostik und Therapie.
Ein besonderes Augenmerk dieser Lerneinheit liegt dabei auf der peripartalen Asphyxie.
Die Studenten und Studentinnen sollen die möglichen Ursachen für die Entstehung einer peripartalen Asphyxie kennen um dann (theoretisch) die Kompetenz zu erlangen, aus der Anamnese das drohende Risiko abschätzen zu können.
Im weiteren sollen die Studenten und Studentinnen die Kriterien kennen, die erfüllt sein müssen, um von einer Asphyxie zu sprechen und auch entsprechenden Differentialdiagnosen kennen.
Bezüglich der Therapie sollen die unterschiedlichen Optionen ausgehend vom Reifealter bekannt sein. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf dem neuroprotektiven Regime einschließlich der Hypothermietherapie .
