Das Paradigma des staatlichen Rechts ist in der soziologischen und rechtswissenschaftlichen Literatur durch das Konzept nichtstaatlicher Rechtsbildung ergänzt worden, die sich in der Weltgesellschaft an vielen Stellen jenseits der Nationalstaaten und der Institutionen des internationalen wie des Völkerrechts vollzieht. Das Seminar beschäftigt sich mit soziologischen Theorien dieses transnationalen Rechts.
Der Seminarplan steht vor Semesterbeginn im StudIP frei zur Verfügung.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der soziologischen Theorie, insbesondere der der Rechts- und Regulierungssoziologie, entsprechend dem Stand nach dem MA-Seminar "Rechtssoziologie"

Die Lektüre aller Texte ist Pflicht. Sie ist durch sechs kurze schriftliche Exzerpte nachzuweisen, die jeweils am Tag vor den entsprechend gekennzeichneten Sitzungen im Stud.IP abzulegen sind.
Zusätzlich werden Themen in Gruppenarbeit vorbereitet und präsentiert.
Für die Modulprüfung im Modul "Rechts- und Regulierungssoziologie" ist eine Hausarbeit erforderlich. Hausarbeiten müssen spätestens am 30. September 2015 in elektronischer und schriftlicher Form abgegeben werden.
Hausarbeiten können auch während des Semesters geschrieben und im Seminar vorgestellt werden. Dadurch entfällt die "Nachbereitung" des Seminars in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit. Vorschläge werden ggf. in der ersten Sitzung diskutiert. Bei Interesse ist Kontaktaufnahme vor Semesterbeginn empfehlenswert.
