In der "Integrativen Lehrveranstaltung" werden grundlegende Fragestellungen, Konzepte, Theorien und Methoden der Wirtschaftssoziologie und der Institutionenökonomik exemplarisch und disziplinübergreifend auf ausgewählte wirtschaftliche Prozesse und Probleme angewendet.
Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung stehen u. a. Akteurskonzepte, Beziehungen zwischen den Akteuren in Unternehmen und auf Märkten, die Wechselwirkung zwischen Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft und zwischen Märkten und Wissen sowie der Zusammenhang von Marktwirtschaft, Privateigentum und Kapitalismus.

Die "Integrative Lehrveranstaltung" setzt den Besuch der beiden Pflichtveranstaltungen "Einführung in die Wirtschaftssoziologie" und "Einführung in die Institutionenökonomik" voraus.
