Alle Menschen kennen Schamgefühle und doch ist Scham etwas, über das wir nicht so leicht sprechen können – vor allem, wenn es uns selbst betrifft. Wir schämen uns für etwas vor Anderen. Als soziales Gefühl ist Scham daher auch in Beratungskontexten bedeutsam. Wir beschäftigen uns im ersten Teil dieses Seminars mit Schamtheorien, um den Unterscheid zwischen Scham und Beschämung, die Bedeutung von Scham in beruflichen Kontexten und den Umgang mit Schamdynamiken zu verstehen. Anwendung findet dieses Wissen dann im zweiten Teil des Seminars mittels der gemeinsamen Bearbeitung der Lektüre von Édouard Louis „Die Freiheit einer Frau“.
