„Die ganze Welt ist eine Bühne.“ (Shakespeare, „Wie es euch gefällt“)
Im Seminar werden wir Positionen der Sprechakttheorie (Austin, Searle), des sozialen Handelns (Bourdieu, Goffman), der Performativität (Butler) und der Sozialphänomenologie (Merleau-Ponty, Waldenfels) erschließen, diskutieren und prüfen im Hinblick auf die zentrale Frage: Ist die Welt tatsächlich eine Bühne? Wenn ja: Wie entsteht sie? Spielen wir tatsächlich nur Rollen?
Dabei steht die Bedeutung der Sprache im Mittelpunkt: Spiegelt Sprache Wirklichkeit oder schafft sie sie?
