Arbeit, Arbeitsmarkt und Organisationen sind zentrale Orte der Herstellung von geschlechtlicher und sozialer Ungleichheit. In dem Seminar werden wichtige empirische Sachverhalte wie theoretische Grundlagen für die soziologische Erklärung dieser institutionellen Formen des „doing gender“ thematisiert.
