Im dem Seminar werden die Inhalte der Vorlesung zur Vorbereitung auf die Prüfung vertieft. Themenschwerpunkte sind u. a. die Item-Response-Theorie, der diagnostische Prozess, die Auswahl von Tests und die Zusammenstellung von Testbatterien, Modelle der diagnostischen Urteilsbildung, die Akkuratheit der diagnostischen Urteilsbildung, Probleme differentieller Prognosen, Zuordnungs- und Klassifikationsstrategien, Entscheidungsfehler, Nutzentheorie, Generalisierbarkeit der Validität psychologischer Tests, Veränderungsmessung, Erstellung von Gutachten, Evaluation und Qualitätssicherung psychologischer Diagnostik (z.B. DIN33430).
